It is a piece that expresses the deepest longing for elemental nature and our roots. This Irish tune, adapted by Paweł Biliński music, is a journey into distant times and a song in honour of the Great Oak of Portmore. Once again, the simple but distinctly beautiful melody reminds us essence of the tale.

It’s a simple but lovely song related to Scotland’s 18th century history. Although its origin story reminds sad and painful events, it is often associated with a farewell song. I’ve chosen this traditional song and arranged it in a minimalist approach to bring out the maximum amount of emotion from a simple but profoundly beautiful melody. Here you’ll hear Celtic harp, 5-string violin by Krzysztof Maciejowski, magical additions of percussion by Sławek Berny and some keyboard spaces by Paweł Biliński, who is an author of whole arrangement.
